Vegan Tofu Scramble Breakfast Burritos

These are seriously tasty! You will want to make this once a week.

Total Time: 45 Minutes
Ingredients:
3 ripe Avocados
3 tbsp. Sriracha
1 Serving Vegan Tofu Scramble
6 Burrito tortillas (gluten free optional)
Method:
1) Prepare the vegan tofu scramble first. This should take 25 minutes.
2) Next, slice the avocados. Lay out your tortillas and add 1/2 tbsp. of sriracha sauce to each tortilla.
3) Then, add 1/2 sliced avocado to each tortilla.
4) Finally, scoop 1/6 of the tofu scramble mixture into each tortilla and wrap the burritos.
5) Option to reheat the burritos in a frying pan (1-2 minutes per side).
