Lupii Vegan & Gluten Free Golden Chedda Mac

You are going to want to try this...1 serving has 26.5 grams of protein and 410 calories!

Prep Time: 2 Minutes

Cook Time: 8 Minutes

Total Time: 10 Minutes


Ingredients:

2 Containers of Golden Chedda

1 c. of hot water (+ more for boiling the pasta)

1 box of Lupii Pasta (I used their delicious elbows)


Method:

1) Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add 1 box of Lupii pasta and cook for 6-8 minutes (or until soft).


2) Combine 2 containers of Golden Chedda and 1 cup of hot water in a blender. Blend the ingredients together for 30 seconds to 1 minute. The longer you blend it the more creamy it will be!


3) Drain the pasta and transfer it back into the pot. Pour in the Golden Chedda mac sauce. Mix the ingredients together well and enjoy warm!


Option to top with more Golden Chedda.


Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
