Golden Chedda Cheeze Queso


Total Time: 30 Seconds

+ Boiling Water


Option 1: Hydrate the Whole Bag


Ingredients:

2 Containers of Golden Chedda

3/4 c. Boiling Water


Method:

1) In the blender, combine 2 Containers of Golden Chedda and 3/4 c. of boiling water. Blend for 30 seconds.


2) A spatula may be needed to ensure the entire mixture is well blended.


3) Enjoy as a dip with your favorite chips or freshly cut vegetables. Golden Chedda Queso is a great healthy vegan cheese substitute for burritos, tacos, nachos and much more.


4) Once hydrated, store in the fridge for up to 1 week.


Serving Size: ~2 c. Queso


Option 2: Hydrate Half the Bag


Ingredients:

1 Container of Golden Chedda

1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. Boiling Water


Method:

1) In the blender, combine 1 Container of Golden Chedda and 1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. of boiling water. Blend for 30 seconds.


2) A spatula may be needed to ensure the entire mixture is well blended.


3) Enjoy as a dip with your favorite chips or freshly cut vegetables. Golden Chedda Queso is a great healthy vegan cheeze substitute for burritos, tacos, nachos and much more.
