Golden Chedda Mac topped w/ Taco Seasoning

Do you want a little extra kick in your vegan Mac & Cheeze? Try topping it with taco seasoning! Check out this super simple and tasty recipe below.

Total Time: 30 Seconds + Boiling Water Ingredients: 2 Containers of Golden Chedda 1 & 1/4 c. Boiling Water + 8 Ounces Cooked Pasta (Banza Cavatappi is my favorite)

Method: In the blender, combine the 2 Containers of Golden Chedda and 1 & 1/4 c. of boiling water. Blend for 30 seconds. Watch as the Golden Chedda turns into a deliciously creamy Mac & Cheese sauce. A spatula may be needed to scrap the sides of the blender. + Pour the Golden Chedda Mac & Cheeze sauce into a large bowl with 8 ounces of cooked pasta. Stir the creamy sauce and cooked pasta together well.


Top the dish with 1 package of Siete Spicy Taco Seasoning. Enjoy! Optional: + Sprinkle more Golden Chedda "Cashew Parmesan Alternative" on top of the Mac & Cheese dish for an extra delicious layer of flavor. This trick is similar to topping homemade Mac & Cheeze with breadcrumbs but Golden Chedda is packed with plant-protein, is made with healthy ingredients, and has so much more flavor! Once hydrated, store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Serving Size: 1 Big Bowl of Mac & Cheese (4-6 Servings)
