Total Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 (3.20 oz) bottles of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm
4 c. of Fresh basil (with the stems)
1 c. Olive oil
Method:
1) Add the basil to the food processor (with the stems - they taste like the basil leaves đ) and blend for 1 minute.
2) Next, add 2 (3.20 oz) bottles of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm and blend for 15-30 seconds.
3) Finally, add 1 c. of Olive oil and blend for 1-2 minutes or until creamy!
Serving Size: ~4 cups or 1 HUGE bowl of pasta!
