Cauliflower Crusted Pesto Tofu Ricotta Pizza

Ingredients:
1/4 c. Zero-Waste Basil Pesto (or store bought)
1 Field Roast Vegan Sage Sausage (thinly sliced into circles)
1/2 small Zucchini (thinly sliced into circles)
1/2 c. Pesto Tofu Ricotta
Sprinkle of Nutritional Yeast
Method:
Choose which cauliflower crust you want to use/ make and follow the directions for it. Then, add your toppings. First, evenly lay down the basil pesto with a spoon. Next, add the sliced field roast sausage and zucchini. Add the pesto tofu ricotta and bake the pizza for an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle on nutritional yeast and enjoy warm.
