Ingredients:
1 Acorn squash
2 tbsp. Vegan butter (or regular butter)
2 tbsp. Maple syrup (or brown sugar)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Place 1 tbsp. of butter and 1 tbsp. of maple syrup in both halves. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy warm!
