Ingredients:
3 Frozen bananas
1 Avocado
1 tbsp. Matcha powder
1 c. Plant milk (soy, almond, oat, or coconut)
1 tbsp. Maple syrup
Toppings
Ingredients:
2 tsp. Chia seeds
2 tbsp. Granola GF
1 Pear (sliced)
Method:
Combine all of the bowl ingredients in the blender (3 frozen bananas, 1 avocado, 1 tbsp. matcha powder 1 c. plant milk, and 1 tbsp. maple syrup). Blend for 3 minutes or until smooth. Scoop the mixture into two bowls. Add the toppings (2 tsp. chia seeds, 2 tbsp. GF granola, and 1 sliced pear) to the top of the mixture.
