Ingredients:
2 Avocados (ripe)
1 c. Fresh cilantro
1/2 Lime (juiced)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 2 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy with chips or freshly cut vegetables.
