Directions for Golden Chedda Spread
Option 1:
In a food processor, combine 2 (3.20 oz) bottles of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm (which equals 2 c.) and 1/3 c. of boiling water. Blend for 1-2 minutes & enjoy.
Option 2:
In a medium size bowl, combine 1 (3.20 oz) bottle of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm and 3 tbsp. of boiling water. Mix the ingredients into a delicious cheesy spread with a fork for 30 seconds or until creamy and enjoy.
Once hydrated, store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Directions for Golden Chedda Queso
Option 1: Creamy
In a blender, combine 2 (3.20 oz) bottles of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm (which equals 2 c.) and 3/4 c. of boiling water. Blend for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
Option 2: Natural
In a bowl, combine 1 (3.20 oz) bottle of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm and
1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. of boiling water.
Mix with a fork for 30 seconds and enjoy.
Once hydrated, store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Directions for Golden Chedda Mac & Cheese Sauce
Option 1:
In a blender, combine 2 (3.20 oz) bottles of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm (which equals 2 c.) and 1 c. of boiling water. Blend for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy with 8-10 ounces of cooked pasta!
Optional: Reserve 1-2 tablespoons of Parm and sprinkle it on top of the Mac & Cheese dish.
Option 2:
In a blender, combine 1 (3.20 oz) bottles of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm and 1/2 c. of boiling water. Blend Everything Cheeze for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy as a creamy sauce with 4-6 ounces of cooked pasta!
Optional: Reserve 1-2 tablespoons of Parm and sprinkle it on top of the Mac & Cheese dish.

Option 3: Better "Boxed" Mac Recipe
Ingredients: 6 oz Dried pasta (option to use pasta from a box of Mac), 1/2 c. Reserved pasta water, 1/4 c. (2 oz) Golden Chedda Cashew Parm, and 1 tbsp. plant-based butter (without palm oil)
Method: 1) Follow the instructions on the box of Mac and cook the noodles to your liking. 2) After the noodles are cooked, strain the pasta water and reserve 1/2 c. 3) Return the warm pasta to the pot and add 1/2 c. reserved pasta water, 1/4 c. of Golden Chedda Cashew Parm, and 1 tbsp. of plant-based butter. 4) Use a wooden spoon to mix the sauce evenly into the warm pasta. Option to stir the sauce into the noodles on a light simmer for 2-3 minutes. This will cook off any remaining liquid and make the Mac extra creamy! Serving Size: 2.5
